Marie, a passionate chef with a traveler's soul, brings a world of flavors to the table.
Trained at Centhor and shaped by experiences across England, Mauritius, Spain, and mainland France, Marie has refined her culinary craft through rich cultural encounters.
In 2017, her journey naturally led her to open her own Indian vegetarian restaurant in Terre-Sainte — a place where tradition meets ethics, and where fresh, responsible cuisine takes center stage.
In 2025, Marie set up shop in Basse Terre, at the heart of a vibrant neighborhood where culinary tastes are evolving.
Attentive to her customers' desires, she chose to expand her menu.
Blending her Indian expertise with the richness of Réunionese cuisine, she now offers specialties from South India alongside traditional Creole caris — all lovingly prepared with fresh ingredients, bold spices, and great care.
